The apartment

The dining area is integrated into a very modern kitchen and adjoins a cozy living area with a TV. From here, you can access the balcony directly.
The apartment is bright and sunny from sunrise to sunset.

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

We offer two spacious bedrooms with double beds for four people and two separate bathrooms directly connected to the bedrooms. In addition the apartment offers 2 toilets. The maximum capacity is six people plus babies. The furnishings are modern and in mint condition.

The apartment building

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern residential building, right on the ski slope – with direct access to the ski lift. A 24/7 grocery store is located in the building, and restaurants are nearby. Enjoy the beautiful scenery even in summer!

The balcony

From the comfortable balcony with a hanging chair, you have a fantastic view directly onto the ski slope. From the slope, you have direct access to the ski room with a heated and lockable ski box for ski boots and equipment. There are also two bicycle boxes for 6 bikes, each with sockets for charging e-bikes.
In the basement of the building there is a parking garage with a lift to the apartment. There is also a charging station for electric cars.
From the balcony, you can watch the children during their ski lessons or while skiing – from the lift entrance to the exit and all along the slopes!
Your four-legged friends are, of course, very welcome!
